I recently found this podcast and really loved it. Just 4 stars, because the episode are sometimes to long and taking to much story, to get trough the point, as an adhd person, difficult to follow for me. But maybe it’s a personal thing. Keep going!! :-)
As someone who only found out that I had ADHD in my late 30’s, the content provided by Jesse in this podcast and his mailing list have been invaluable to me and has helped me connect a lot of dots and given me many aha moments.
