  • Insightful and so lovely to listen to

Recently diagnosed ADHD and I may also be autistic but not sure yet. I’ve been looking for a really good podcast to help me understand myself. This is the first pod that’s worked for me. I’ve just listened to my first episode and it was Ep 548 - and it was incredibly insightful and validating. I appreciate the courage it took to be so vulnerable. It has helped so much.
