  • On point and globally helpful

ADHD ReWired is always helpful and informative but this episode I think is for everyone. Chronic stress (real or imagined) is pervasive in modern society and often the root cause of so many of our challenges and chronic “idiopathic” symptoms. While the podcast is specifically about ADHD and other neurodiverence, the content is frequently applicable to everyone, this episode in particular. I highly recommend you give it a listen and pass it on.

  • Life-changing information

I have been a member of the ADHD reWired community almost from the beginning, not sure how many years that’s been. The information I have gained from listening to this podcast as well as the others that have been off shoots from it, has literally been life-changing for me. I recently had the pleasure to be interviewed on his podcast and had to confess to that I didn’t know how to write a review or become a Patreon because I’m not very techy. I now know how so I have done both. Eric is a pioneer ... more

  • Game changer

Diagnosed in my 30s and medicated; I never received the education or coaching that I needed. I was successful in my career and somehow I managed but at the terrible price on developing new co- morbidities that might have been prevented had I been nurtured by coaching . Now at 65 , I am opening up via this podcast ( and other means) to salvage what is left of an intended meaningful and joyful life through new insights and methods. I am 65. It is never too late! more
