醫師不只要治療病人，還要照顧家屬心情？中醫大新竹附醫放射腫瘤科主任郭于誠治療一位癌症患者，家屬特別寫感謝信，將父親從鬼門關救回來，家屬說「我們全家真心感謝郭主任，也感謝每一位醫療團隊成員。他們不只治療病人，連家屬的心情、焦慮與需要都放在心上，細心照護。」

熱治療治療癌症？中醫大新竹附醫放射腫瘤科主任郭于誠分享，最近有個案例攝護腺癌骨轉移，病患最輪椅來看診，每天痛到無法入眠，甚至被他院宣布，進入安寧病房。後來，透過癌症深層局部熱治療，立即改善疼痛，現在，已經可以走路來回診。
