即將與2025說再見的我們，在這一年做了些什麼？在臉書社團上邀請聽友與我們一同回味，也勾出了好多我們遺忘的記憶。原來我們一起做了那麼多，一起想了那麼多，一起看了這麼多的事情。現在知道了，那些書和主題原來是我們那時候經歷了什麼，陪伴宜蘭17年的狗狗過世了、烏烏進入了一段撲朔迷離的曖昧關係、一起很痛苦讀了房思琪和創傷的書、戰戰兢兢聊了代孕......謝謝聽友跟我們一起成長，也祝福我們2026一樣精彩豐富。

年終好像是檢視自己的好機會（還是因為天氣冷就莫名惆悵），於是回顧了一整年，好像總是有一些遺憾即使再努力也無法挽回？氣溫越來越冷了，必須對來年有更多期許還是必須的吧！

這個話題從一開始就歪，不得不說這集討論真是多元宇宙、相當豐富。從「太監能不能教做愛」（？）到我們的看法、節目的核心價值，還有到底如何看人口與生小孩的社會責任，真是鋪天蓋地亂聊一通。

好日生醫三效複合益生菌的官網上，注意事項有：不建議嬰幼兒、兒童食用，但在節目上創辦人又說兒童是可以食用的，好像不太清楚自己產品對外溝通的內容，成份表中也有大量的添加劑（相較其他主推添加劑較少的益生菌），感覺讓人頗不安心。基於對醫師的信任，希望在內容及產品的選擇上能更謹慎。

聽到是誠品選書真的很……
我個人認為必須抵制下架，因為很多人真的沒辦法分辨書中的正確性，尤其是平常沒在看書的人。
如果被列為選書，讀者認為這書是有認證的，就會覺得照著書中方法去做絕對沒錯，結果只會換來女性被騷擾以及加深父權的信念。
不要找他上節目是正確的，絕對沒辦法在這種人身上得到什麼建設性的言論。
