Really interesting podcast around a range of contemporary topics regarding drug use and addiction. I enjoy the diversity and stimulating discussions. Fascinating guests and a great host, keep up the good work!
What’s the Crack do a superb job of balancing the science with the chat... meaning it’s brilliant to be able to understand the often complex subject matters this podcast addresses. Lovely presenters too!
The food addiction episode was awful. You interviewed one person, who doesn’t do clinical research, who basically gave her personal opinion while referring to, occasionally, what she claimed was “not a lot of clinical evidence”. Saying that food addiction isn’t real, and that this is a “grasp at a straw” for the obesity epidemic was insane. The summary at the end of the episode of “we don’t know anything” was accurate. I did NOT enjoy listening.
Keep up the good work!!
