Nordic walking is one of the best forms of physical activity for people of ALL ages and abilities. This podcast drives that point home consistently. It is still largely known here in North America. But it is gaining rapidly in popularity in the UK, where this podcast comes from. Love the British accents! You do have to be familiar with the British lingo. Like “trainers” = running shoes. But that is not a big obstacle…. LOL. Keep it up, Mary Tweed!
Thanks for a great collection of useful and inspirational interviews. Such a wide breadth of topics all showing the benefits of getting out with poles!
Very informative and interesting. Great tips for better posture while walking.
Thank you
