Not good instruction for audio. The position descriptions are super unclear.
Recently moved and have yet to find a new studio. Listened to my first class and it was great! So grateful for this amazing resource! đź’š
I’ve been enjoying Nathan’s yoga sessions for years now and feel like he’s an old friend. He is playful and precise and your body and mind feel good after every class. This is the next best thing to an in-studio class.
Nathan takes my practice to places it has never been and has excellent cues to make sure you do the pose correctly and safely.
I love Nathan’s classes. They are everything I expect and desire in a yoga class: breathing, mindfulness, instruction, foundation, strength, stretching, meditation . . . Nathan’s voice and teaching style are soothing and real. My only complaint is that he doesn’t release classes more often. Thanks for this podcast!
