I came across this podcast in 2016 and absolutely loved it. What you get each week is a dose of inspiration based on someone elses perspiration. All guests have had uncomfortable moments in their lives...and from this you learn that being uncomfrtable is OK, and in the end it makes you stronger. Chris Desmond has the ability to make his guests feel comfortable, which means they really open up and share their uncomfortable moments.
