First time listener and it took over 7 minutes into the show before the actual content even started.
Wow. Specifically the story about the two hikers being lost and one mercy killing the other is literally copied word for word from other stories about this. This episode included another reference to a lost hiker another podcast mentioned as well… ew. Really didn’t like this podcast due to the lack of originality and useless banter.

I left and came back to this pod as it is good but can’t…after every statement, sentence or pause that is made Kevin has to comment or make some sort of noise…hmmm…and it gets distracting!!
Hailey does great research and script writing, and Kevin is a perfect sounding board. I love their “what are you drinking” segment at the beginning, cause it feels like we’re all there together. The opening music is in the top 5 of podcast intro songs for me (honestly might be top 3). The energy is light spook, so if you’re looking for a real thriller, this isn’t the right energy, but it’s got such cozy vibes.
