These guys are great conversationalists and well-connected in the food industry. Go into the archives for some insightful podcasts. But since they went independent, the guest list has become both more obscure and less interesting -- not everyone in the food industry knows how to carry on an entertaining interview... I really miss the weekly well-researched, on-trend shows they used to do -- how do we relight that passion for informing your fans?

I liked this show so much, I made my wife come with me to their restaurant from NYC, and we've since been back. Mark and Francis are great hosts, and though I don't always agree politically, they give you an insight into the food world (especially the restaurant business) in a way that's thoughtful and really takes you behind the scenes or to the deeper level of an issue.
