  • It’s fun, but take it with a grain of salt…

The hosts are entertaining! Their food knowledge seems to be lacking for two people who say they either went to culinary school or have been in the food industry for a long time. Also, if you are going to have conversations (like the food pyramid episode) can I suggest you bring actual SMEs in to help host? Some of the things you say are factually incorrect (like no, all food does not become glucose in your body) and it’s spreads the wrong information that could have been avoided.

It just seems like josh and Nichole like the sound of their own voices. It’s not hard to google things and admit to being wrong when it’s warranted.
