Lowering the rating because of the way you bullied the shaving cream lady and doubled down after she hung up. You were being condescending/mean and the ones making it a big deal. She probably has to deal with so many men at work trying to belittle whatever she’s saying by arguing over semantics. I bet she didn’t expect that sort of treatment calling into her favorite podcast that she bought tickets to see live.
