Ryan Giggs!!!! Was so excited to listen to him. Growing up in his and Scholes golden era it brought back so many memories. Hearing him speak with so much humility around his fitness history and philosophy was a real pleasure. His competitive spirit is so natural and strong but never disrespectful to his opponents.
