Mental health and having open conversations about our mental health is something that has been near and near to my heart for years and it’s something I promote and support.
I don’t have to listen to music and I try to listen to things that are going to feed my soul so to speak and one day after being sick and listening to the same old shows and wanting something different I was actually suggested to listen to this show by ChatGPT. Hey guys I just found your podcast today. Very timely.
I listened to the first full episode and so much resonated for what im going through right now. Hanging to get into the next episodes.
Haveing trouble listening while I am driveing to work since it's the only time I have the most time to listen do to working in construction. I have to turn the volume up to almost 50 while I am listening to the podcast while driveing while the rest of the podcasts I listen towhile dribeing are usually between 25 and 30, 35 max. Usually have the volume on the pc between 10-14.
These podcasts with Tim and Tommy have the perfect combo of real, raw and honest conversations and spit out my coffee from their hilarious comments.
I like that I get to hear bits from their past, struggles and triumphs, and to get a man’s perspective. Great podcast for men and women; especially with the aftermath of major events.
I’m hooked on Tommy & Tim!
Always nice to hear open and honest convo’s between homies.

This show centers on men's mental health, resilience, and everyday lived experience, often blending candid personal stories with practical takeaways for coping, parenting, relationships, and work-life balance. Episodes frequently weave humor with tough conversations about vulnerability, coping strategies, and stigma, while guests—from therapists to fathers and creatives—offer concrete tips, real-world perspectives, and actionable steps for improving well-being and connection.
A standout pattern is the combination of open, vulnerable dialogue with tangible life hacks (sleep routines, budgeting, dating and parenting conversations, and stress management) anchored by regular sponsor segments tied to hobbies or tools that support mental health. ... more
