On the 4th March 2009, my life changed forever. My Dad, the man I looked up too, the man who in my eyes had 'everything' on paper took his own life. After it happened I struggled to deal with the grief, I buried the pain and found myself asking the question 'why' over and over again. I too then found myself struggling with depression and anxiety. THIS WAS A POWERFUL EPISODE. Two weeks ago I had a video call with Alex Costa, where we discussed mental health, his drive to never give up, dealing with grief and his work ethic.
It's funny, I was first connected to Alex through Antonio Centeno (o... more

This one I've been holding back for a while, but I was lucky to sit down and chat with Eric Bandholz from Beardbrand.

Keep up the great work mate
Big fan of Paul’s work on social media so came to the podcast to hear more in-depth ideas. The thing that stands out to me so much is the combination of Paul’s story and ideas along with his ability to deliver these things in a down to earth, conversational manor. So much respect for this guy and everything he is doing.
This podcast helped me with my own father’s death. I was 14 when it happened, and it is so nice to hear someone who knows what it feels like to loose a parent to suicide. Thank you for this, more awareness needs to be raised about mental health, especially among men. Hopefully people like you can shift societal gender roles and encourage men to express their emotions. Also, thank you for being so open with your story, you inspire me to do the same. ❤️
Extremely helpful listening to you. My husband and father of our two children passed 4 months ago. Devastating. No signs no messages.
Following Paul on Instagram and instantly knew this young man would help me with my mental health. So happy I came across Paul and just a massive thank you. You really have helped me and I know many feel the same.
