  • Wonderful Advice

I literally stumbled on this podcast. I was using the browse for something related to mental health issues. Saw this and thought I’ll give it a try. I’ve listened to others but they didn’t really “speak to me”. Wow! First podcast and I knew this was the one for me! I have been desperately looking for professional support and this is it. Thank you so much!!!

  • I’m kind of happy, but…yeah

I never listen to podcasts. Yesterday was my first go at looking for anything that might help me right now. This episode was very helpful to hear. I’m currently in this and have been for years. It has gotten more and more intense as of recently. I really hope you make more content about this. I have been chipping away at your episodes the last 2 days and it has been incredibly relatable so thank you.
