  • Typical NJ attitude

Dudes are just angry and make it their whole personality. Some info is good but really youre listening to a married couple bicker and get offended by each other.

  • D bags?

These hosts are the type of lip ripping, trash leaving, Bluetooth speaker in the woods blaring, high holing D bags no fishermen want to run into on the water. Their content is petty, inflammatory, and low IQ. NOT the podcast to listen to if you’re a respectable angler.

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

NJMSP #150 - Lard Almighty on 15 Years of Fishing YouTube & Modern Fishing Content
Q: Why did you decide to stay on YouTube and not move to other platforms after 15 years?
Because YouTube has the most reach for long-form fishing videos and I don't like social media as a whole, so I chose to carve out a space there and stick with it.
NJMSP #149 - Jersey Coast Shark Anglers, Mako Shark Regulations & NJ Shark Fishing
Q: Can you elaborate on the history of the Jersey Coast Shark Anglers and how it came to be?
The Jersey Coast Shark Anglers started as part of a union with the Arb Riviera Beach Boat Club; the two clubs combined in 1978 to form the current organization, with a long-standing tradition and a dedicated clubhouse.
Captain Dave Marciano (Wicked Tuna) Breaks Down Tuna Fishing | NJMSP #143
Q: What was your first job in the commercial fishing industry?
Dave described starting at 11 years old on a local party boat in Salem Harbor, handling basic deck duties and learning the ropes before moving into commercial gill netting later.
NJ State Record Muskie CONTROVERSY?! Full Breakdown with Vic Gelman – NJMSP Special Report
Q: What is your take on the regulatory decision and the online reaction?
Regulations were vague and open to interpretation, which fueled controversy; regardless, the catch stands as a remarkable moment in local fishing history and highlights the need for clearer rules.
NJ State Record Muskie CONTROVERSY?! Full Breakdown with Vic Gelman – NJMSP Special Report
Q: Why did you choose to revive and document the fish instead of quickly releasing it?
I set up a live well to revive it safely and to allow time to notify the DEP and experts, to ensure proper handling and measurement before any decision about a record could be made.
