  • Great Pod!

The Woods Wise call Mr. Fought was referencing in this episode 715 was the Woods Wise ww155 buck-n-doe cartridge call. Great call & I have killed numerous deer w/that call, still have one or two. On one end was a buck grunt cartridge and on the other end of the tube was a doe bleat/contact call cartridge. Both removable from their respective ends of the call tube where you could remove one or the other, place in your mouth, to in essence have a hands free calling experience while holding your bo... more

I was at AntlerStock a few weeks ago and if you guys can make it up here next year it is well worth your time, an amazing collection of true Virginia Giants. I live about 30min south of Roanoke and about 30min north of the NC line and I can tell you with certainty that southern Va is certainly in the south, culturally and geographically. OCMS said it themselves in Wagon Wheel "Walking to the South out of Roanoke" so as far as... more

  • The best hunting podcast out there!

There’s just all I grew up hunting a club near the Monroe/Wilcox County line in Alabama. I tuned into the podcast about two years ago when I made the switch to public land. Have since learned a lot and been able to tie techniques used by some of the guest to successful hunts I’ve had through out the years, things I didn’t really put together even in the moment. Kept me reading sign and lead me to taking a rack buck on some tough south Alabama public the past two seasons. Also just picked up ... more
