I listen to Sallys podcasts generally but wanted to comment on how amazing the new work is in 2026. I so get it. it all makes huge sense, so the feeling when you listen and you really understand and can feel your way around it, it’s inspiring. Love, love it and can’t wait for the next episode. Thanks so much Sally.

I guess I started listening to the wrong episode. I wanted to know how to improve my movement and hear about fascia but the beginning of the episode was so boring (I am very sorry) I could not proceed.
I had no idea what was going on with my mood and my bodily changes but now I do. I can’t thank you enough. I love listening to this its so insightful you and your guests are amazing (btw, ignore that other persons stupid comment how rude!) I think you’re great.
Her philosophy & knowledge has helped me through this time in my life. I have shared what I have learned with those around me making community better. The guests Sally has on & the way they communicate this valuable information is absolutely stellar!
The reading of someone else’s quotes or articles and repeating yourself makes me uncomfortable. It’s boring I’m afraid
