Filled with excellent information and very well explained!
Jen, this podcast, and all her other free recourses,, they saved me! Being introduced to Jen’s podcast was no coincidence and one of my greatest blessings.
I was in really negative space after my diagnosis. I was angry and confused with my doctors and trying to figure out how I ended up here. That anger only got worse once I started to realize all the lies behind autoimmune disorders…& I ignored the disease for a lot of reasons but the main reason is because I was so lost and ready to give up ... more
Love this podcast! The tone is great and easy to listen to. Jen backs up her modalities with evidence and explains why they are beneficial for healing. I love this episode on juice/blood sugar since there’s been a lot of talk lately in the nutrition community on insulin and effects on health.
Glad she feels good and healed herself. …but it’s lots of scattered thoughts on energy fields, juicing, and things without any scientific backup. Ex: unfounded asides about vaccines, toxins in pork, etc, Lots of promotions about products she’s pushing. Gave her a chance- listened to one whole episode. Not going to waste my time on anymore. There is better science based info available elsewhere.
