This is one of the best podcasts I’ve ever heard on self development! Jaemin gives actual practical and useful ways to look at and understand yourself! As you listen you will start to embody and understand yourself at a whole new level! This podcast should come with a warning though because once you start to listen and start to understand yourself better…you can never be able to go back to where you were before! You’ll have to continue the journey of learning, understanding, and deeply loving an... more
Entertaining, insightful, incredibly open, and full of challenges if we dare choose to look at the insanity that we live in and believe. Hurts so good 🤩
Have followed Jaemin and heard his stuff over the years and read his books. Love his work. In particular I love his ‘walk the talk’ attitude of being himself, true to himself, unapologetic to others and truly demonstrating what he is preaching. He is an authentic human, and I love that about him…this was especially evident in his last two episodes 286 and 285.
Keep it up Jaemin - its fantastic to see how you emerge in this world unhindered :-)
I first came across Jaemin as the ‘one minute coach’ on radio, his message resonated so much so that when I experienced a crisis and cross roads in my life I looked him up and discovered there’s so much more to be learned and gained from Jaemin’s work.
The podcast is profound, intelligent, thoughtful, insightful and just plain commonsense. The interwebs is full of noise about self help and personal growth (you should see my Instagram feed) so I’m thankful to have found a podcast that cuts thro... more
I love spending time with Jaemin through his podcast, he reminds me what we’re here for, to have a human experience. Funny stories, the unexpected, self-evaluation and coaching, Im bordering on evangelical to Jaemin’s work. I drop his name and share his links every chance I get, because he’s good!

A thought-provoking show exploring personal insecurity, self-trust, and authentic living through a blend of coaching frameworks, storytelling, and philosophical reflections. Episodes often mix practical exercises, dream analysis, and conversations about spirituality, AI, and modern life to help listeners move from Self-doubt to purposeful action. Notable is a consistent emphasis on taking responsibility for one's inner world, embracing limits, and using thoughtful metaphors (e.g., life as a game) to catalyze growth. The format blends solo insights, client-case discussions, and guest perspectives, creating a practical, no-nonsense approach to personal development that resonates with listeners seeking tangible strategies and deeper meaning.
