    It’s a particular kind of neoclassical economist viewpoint that you spruce here - too focused Fien a particular lens and fails to recognise how the economy works as a whole - especially around housing! Your take on the budget was bizarre tbh. Narrowly viewed from a very small marginal type of investor.
