Very helpful and easy to listen to. Thanks for all the invaluable information couch crew!
Talk about cherry picking the data to suit your opinions! 🤦♀️It’s wild! A very narrow minded view indeed.
Almost 2500 reviews with a 4.8 grade, for an independent, non-syndicated pod, that says a lot about the content and education shared on this pod.
It’s a particular kind of neoclassical economist viewpoint that you spruce here - too focused Fien a particular lens and fails to recognise how the economy works as a whole - especially around housing! Your take on the budget was bizarre tbh. Narrowly viewed from a very small marginal type of investor.
