  • No longer

I used to listen for property advice but lately it has just become a general rant about taxes with a political agenda.

  • Great podcast - one gripe

I have been an avid listener for years and have done two laps with you. A recent habit you have developed is infuriating me. Can you please stop asking a question of the guest and then cut to an ad break. All I do during your ad break is try to remember the question. Usually the ad is too distracting and I spend the beginning of the answer trying to remember the question. A much better way would be to cut to your ad break before the next question so there is continuity.
