    I rarely hear such candid conversations about cultural sensitivities and diabetes management. I notice much of the online information about diabetes management negates or simply ignores the cultural aspects of managing chronic illnesses. Collard greens are no less nutritious than kale and much of the online information on management lack culture perspective especially in the diet/nutrition area. Great episode.
