    I was excited to find this podcast, as I developed a serious chronic illness last year and am still learning to emotionally adapt to it. The host seems very nice.

    She recently posted an episode where she shared some of her political beliefs, which is normally fine - I listen to podcasts from people with a wide variety of political viewpoints.
