I just wanted to say thank you to Kirk for making me a better leader by opening my mind to all these great thought leaders in dentistry. Every single one I listen to points out areas for growth(deficiencies!) in my leadership. I only wish this had been around 20 years ago! I wouldn’t have made all the mistakes I have made! But I deeply appreciate all this, it gives me fuel to fan the flame of a leader that everyone wants to follow. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
As always thank you for some great content and perspective from Kirk Behrendt and Dr Jim McKee! Thanks so making the drive to Milwaukee fly by and get me energised to be an even better leader for my team!
