These two ladies have created a fantastic podcast that focuses on diet and training for climbing, including tid bits on tricks to have a better day at the crag. Their format is easy to follow and quite entertaining and educational. Thank you for creating and hosting!
There’s so many climbing podcasts out there these days. But none are quite as good at striking the right balance between fun and informative. Lauren and Caitlin have managed to create something so delightful and zany that I’m constantly grinning and giggling as I listen. Never before has climbing (and non climbing!) knowledge been so enjoyable to absorb. Eagerly awaiting the next episode.
This podcast is so informative and entertaining. I love listening to very knowledgeable women share their wisdom with the rest of us average climbers. Each episode inspires reflection on the topic, something I don’t always get with other podcasts.
