Aidan Roberts and Sam Prior host this climbing-themed podcast that kind of goes where it goes. Lots of tangents and rambles as well as hopefully thought provoking questions. Sometimes it's very focussed on climbing, sometimes climbing barely comes up. The guests tend to be elite level climbers, but we often willingly get lost in the weeds and end up wildly off-topic. If you're enjoying our podcast... more

We had one of our favourites back on the pod for this week's episode! Max Milne has recently won the new Pro Climbing League after qualifying as a wild card... more
A round table with Benn and Katie again this week. We had to talk about Ondra a bit because he's been busy! Then the main goal was to fill out a D&D style alignment chart we stole from Reddit. We had a laugh with it and I tried to herd the cats as be... more
Fan favourite Allison is back on the pod this week! Thankfully Allison had a phenomenal run of form recently, culminating in some big sends, namely The Mantra, a three move V14 on tiny crimps, and The Expanse, a V15 boulder that had previously only b... more
Keenan is back! A pod favourite for sure and someone Aidan has spent a lot of time with over the past few years. Keenan has been putting up more incredible first ascents, which we chat a bit about, namely Dreadnought but he also came equipped with a ... more

I’m not even sure why I enjoy this podcast so much since they spend so much time talking with great specificity about boulders I’ll never try. But both hosts are great guys and it’s a treat to get to hang out with them via podcast. We’re all lucky that Sam is so great at chatting and running a podcast because his resume in the climbing world is quite astounding. And including Aidan as a host is also great fortune. He strikes me as a fairly elusive figure in the world of climbing, constantly lurk... more
IS WRONG
The great thing about this podcast is that both the hosts are great. Aidan is great at climbing and Sam is great at podcasting. Together they make a truly enjoyable listening experience. If I’m having a tough day, their friendly banter and careless chatting is just the thing to brighten my mood. Cheers, boys.
I’ve been meaning to write a review for this show for ages. I enjoyed the latest episode with Katy just too much to not write a review. The climbing auction was such a fun idea, keep thinking outside the box on these bonus segments. This show is the only climbing pod I listen to these days, it’s nothing but good banter, no ego, and interesting convos.
Anyone still listening to that idiot steven dimwitt needs to check this one out. Don’t give your hard earned money to MAGAt scum.

The show features two British climbers who host candid, wide-ranging conversations that often blend climbing with tangents on culture, media, and personal experiences. Episodes frequently center on elite climbing, training mindsets, and the evolving industry, with guests ranging from top competitors to gym owners and industry insiders. The format balances insightful interviews with playful banter, and occasionally pivots to broader lifestyle or tech topics, making it appealing to listeners who enjoy authentic, unpolished discussions and a behind-the-scenes look at climbing culture.
A standout aspect is the duo's willingness to go off-piste, providing context-rich stories, practical takeaways on mindset and performance, plus occasional fora... more
