  • Helping to understand yourself.

    I have met Ted personally and had him on my show to understand hypnotherapy. He explains the science behind hypnotherapy and how the body works. Ted also helps you understand where your stress is coming from, so you understand how to fix the problem yourself. He also lets you record your session, so by routine listening to it, you can form good habits to keep yourself healthy and relaxed.
