Such an important subject and great ideas on how to be supportive without judgment. Negative feelings about food and body image are so pervasive and insidious...the advice given on how to be there for disordered eaters is really timely and important to change our inner landscapes and how we model for our young people. Thanks for doing this work!!!
This podcast is phenomenal. Anna and the team do a fabulous job working with experts from a variety of fields. It’s a must listen for anyone involved in feeding or discussing food with any child or teen. What a resource to have!
Anna and Elizabeth of Sunnyside Up Nutrition are calm, wise, voices of reason in the swirl of child feeding and nutrition advice. They marry their extensive nutrition expertise as dietitians with combined decades of experience with real-life, sensible perspectives on parenting and feeding in real life, from toddlers to teens. I especially love the simple meal ideas and recipes that are easy to prepare and appealing to the whole family.
Loved Ana Homayouns discussion on social media wellness and teens. Such an important topic in today’s world and inextricably tied in to total wellness!
Go great cup to have such important foundational content! Thank you for this work!
