I am always refreshed and enthused by this show in which Dahlia Stroud teases out insights on motivation, self-worth, style and substance in context. Guests from an array of different worlds and experiences reveal so much about their MO, it makes you look at yourself anew. Worth your time. Pass it on.
Binge worthy interviews. Love this podcast.
Just enjoyed another of Dahlia’s fascinating podcasts- this one was with ER doctor, Resa Lewis. Dahlia has such a natural and relaxed interview technique, and the conversation flows. I was so interested in Dr Resa’s take on the white coat as a woman in medicine and her expression, ‘Fashion fades but style is everlasting.’ Can’t wait to catch up with previous seasons- so much to take away from these episodes about dressing with confidence!
I can’t wait to listen again. This podcast is thoughtful and motivating. The length of each episode is perfect. It was the virtual hug and boost I needed
Love this host and her talent for distilling practical takeaways to help us better manage our stress… highly recommend!
