  • “A Handful of Incidents”

Episode from approx. Jan 26, 2026, at 16:40 mark (or 10:40?)

I have listened intently to every episode. I was very much taken aback moments ago when I heard the host say that active shootings in schools have “been a handful of instances over a few decades.” What an erroneous statement that can be fact checked in mere seconds. I’ve had respect for this podcast but you’ve lost that. In discussing the Yale school shooting and the verdict regarding the first responding officer’s trial, diminishing t... more

  • Love the content - but hate the ads

I really enjoy the content in this podcast but the number of repetitive ads is crazy. I understand that they have to make money but the ads are super repetitive and in a twenty minute bonus episode there are four blocks of ads.

S6E20 She Goes by Jane: Giving Missing and Unidentified Women Their Names Back
Q: Why focus specifically on missing and unidentified women?

Q: What have been the major challenges in passing bipartisan safety policies like temporary transfer laws?
