  • Exactly what I’ve been looking for!

There’s always been a missing piece for me when it came to changing my story around alcohol and life. Shifting my perspective into what was possible as a woman has really helped me see that I can make decisions from a place of my own authentic self rather than relying on input from old stories and narratives. Thank you, Mary. This has been such a game changer for my life!

Which is also the gene for ovarian cancer the most deadly cancer for w... more

  • Mary has Saved my Life!

I was SO in need of a voice of support and I have found the biggest gift by finding Mary and her podcast. Thank you Mary!!! You are a savior. You are so well spoken and so down to earth. Your voice is my voice in my head that I ... more
