Moved to Costa Rica, probably living a lifestyle much more expensive than native Costa Ricans leading to the gentrification of the island and making life unaffordable for them. Mark & Juliana: I am a huge fan of boho beautiful & that’s how I became a listener of this podcast. In almost every case I am completely unfamiliar with your guest & their work, and I know you probably are trying to go for a natural conversational flow but I have no idea what the guest is talking about with their documentary, what it’s about, etc when they go right into talking about the struggles of getting people to understand their controversial point of view but without context, it’s hard to... more
I love this podcast! The interviews are diverse and interesting. The hosts are terrific interviewers and they lead the conversation very well. The content is excellent and I end each show feeling inspired. Sometimes podcasts can feel overwhelming with information- but not this show! They do a great job of leading the conversations so that it’s on track and never overwhelming for the listener. Thank you Juliana and Mark for sharing these beautiful conversations 🤍💫🌞🌱
J&M have been a major source of inspiration to me ever since I found them in 2018. Their love, insights, tips, advice, and openness to others is all reflected in their new podcast. And even though some guests can have very different or even seemingly legit crazy beliefs or perspectives, J&M always remain respectful, kind, and open to hearing other viewpoints. A truly brave fear and one they are doing with so much grace. Thank you both for the love and light you share with the world! 🙏🏼❤️
I have been following Juliana and Mark for many years starting in YouTube all the way to this amazing podcast! When I first heard they were going to start a podcast I was so excited! And it exceeded any expectations I had! All of these conversations are relevant and amazing to listen too. I find every episode to be educational and entertaining. So worth it!!
Thank you for everything you do and share. Love and light 🌻
I have been watching Juliana on YouTube for years and started her meditations about a year and a half ago and I can see a definite change in my life. Love the high quality content!
…sharing all the embodied wisdom their years of devotion to the practice of Yoga philosophy. Thank you to all that you do, here’s to destructing the ways of the old paradigm, to our Co-evolution and to our star lineage.
In loving celebration,
Minal Narayani ✨
I have followed your journey since 2015 and ilove the charities you donate to.
I’ve noticed that Juliana talked a lot during the birth episode (which was amazing!) but not as much in others.
No shade to Mark (obviously you’re amazing) or the guests, I just picked up on it.
I absolutely love every show!! They both are such wonderful people and just people I’d love to sit down and have a conversation with. The podcast is just like you are there with them. So amazing and I can not wait for more episodes.
I’ve followed you guys for many years, I love all ideas you share.
I’m so excited to listen these episodes.
Must keep doing it, please 🥹🥹🥹
Can I play recordings in Russia?
I have been following Juliana and Mark for years, I love all their yoga videos/programs and content they have created; but for some reason I was skeptical when I heard they were starting a podcast. To my delight, I was wrong, I have listened to the three episodes that are currently available, and each one has made me truly contemplate things I thought of as fact. This will definitely become one of my weekly podcasts. I will be honest; each episode is a little hard for me to get into because I fe... more
