Amy and Lauren bring such a nuanced approach to every topic they cover! They have such a beautiful way of storytelling and always ask the meaningful questions. I love the guests they bring on and the way their conversations really make me reflect on the parent I’d like to be, while giving me the tools to do so.
With every episode of the podcast, there is that one thing that Lauren or Amy says that really resonates with me and stirs something up inside of me. From interviewing education and relationship experts, to exploring how we interact with (or run from) our myriad of feelings, I end up finishing each episode with a feeling that I have knowledge of a path to go down in the journey of becoming a better person.
Amy Breeze Cooper has a talent for finding topics, and asking questions, that remind you what matters!
I really enjoy this podcast and as a single parent I get insight on how to be the best Dad I can. Learning how to honor my son as the individual he to be. The guests are experts and help me to get a new perspective. The host, Amy, drives the conversation almost asking the questions as they come into my mind. Recommend this for ALL parents!
I am in awe of Amy and this podcast series. From the bottom of my heart: Thank You! The wisdom in these episodes snaps me out of my frenetic mom mode, and connects me back to my Source, where I’m a parent I can be proud of again. It’s so easy to get bogged down in the daily grind, and forget the precious magic of all-too-short childhoods, and our honored roll as the guides of these little souls. Thank you Amy for reminding us!
