Kirk has been such a support to me as a mom of two kids, one with special needs. He is wise, funny, relatable, and compassionate. I find his voice so soothing as well. He delivers amazing insights and suggestions in a way that feels down to earth and kind, never patronizing or shaming. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Thank you, Kirk, for putting this out in the world!
I have to say i have not listened to all of the podcasts but i have listened to the majority of them and WOW. these podcasts bring me fresh ideas, open my eyes and make me think wow... someone must have my kind child in their home haha. There were many "tricks & Tips" that actually worked with my child that i just had not thought of. The author is serious but uses humor as well which is refreshing..

This review is long overdue, but I can’t fully express how incredibly valuable this podcast has been for me. As a parent of a strong-willed child, it often feels like there’s no guidebook and this podcast comes the closest. The advice is practical, realistic, and deeply validating.
As a strong-willed adult and a former strong-willed child myself, some episodes genuinely bring me to tears. It feels like, finally, someone truly understands.
