Given that the episodes are short (which I suspect is to ensure that those of us with concentration issues don’t struggle) there’s a lot of good content here. The advice is excellent, practical and delivered with honesty. Clearly Steve has had lots of experience in the topics he describes and therefore can discuss them with believable authority. I’ve learnt a lot and have started to implement some of the recommendations. Well worth a listen. Start from episode one and build from there.
