… I won’t be listening anymore now that it’s a platform for Mac Attack.
David Johnson is a gem in the skeptic community. His recent "cult week" series is an absolute must-listen!
The sermons and articles David chooses are emblematic of the kind of crazy Christianity I was raised in and his wry wit leaves me smiling so hard that my face muscles hurt. This is truly the most effective therapy I’ve ever had for processing and healing from my religious trauma. Thanks for putting this content out into the world, David. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Soothing voice, simple logic, real life experience. There is no serenity like living without superstition and this podcast helps keep me grounded in the reality that this is the life we get. Live sensibly. Cut the nonsense, religion.
Only found this recently, this is an excellent pod cast, going through the back catalogue. It’s very enjoyable listening and intelligent. Anyone who has left Christianity will wonder how we fell for sermons every week.
Can’t rate it high enough. So pleased to have found this.
