I love a good ancient civilization theory, and any alternative theory that can summon some plausible evidence. But the Tartaria episode is just too poorly researched and poorly thought out. You can go on a tour of subterranean Seattle and it’s not some advanced civilization, people just didn’t want to walk in 2 feet of mud any more.
