Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Nani Jansen Reventlow: How To Actually Change The World
Q: What does true progress look like in your work, beyond a single courtroom win?
Progress is the accumulation of small wins and sustained advocacy that build shifts in public perception, policy, and practice over time, with the ultimate goal being the envisioned future for the community, not just one victory.
Nani Jansen Reventlow: How To Actually Change The World
Q: How do you define strategic litigation and how does it differ from traditional legal action?
Strategic litigation is designed to bring about systemic change by aligning court actions with campaigns across policy, advocacy, and public awareness, and by ensuring decisions are led by the affected communities rather than just legal practitioners.
Guy Winch: First Aid for Your Work Life
Q: What percentage of time should someone like their job, realistically?
Winch explains that liking a job 70% of the time is already excellent, since every job has tedious moments, and the aim is to manage expectations rather than seek perfection.
David Richo: Better Than Revenge
Q: Can you walk us through your four-step process to go beyond retaliation?
The four steps are grieving, saying Ouch, offering dialogue, and sending goodwill, each contributing to a spiritual practice that can transform retaliatory urges into constructive action.
David Richo: Better Than Revenge
Q: What brought you to this book now, and how does it fit with your broader work on relationships?
Richo explains the historical moment and personal calling that inspired the book, tying it to a long career exploring interpersonal dynamics, grief, and mindfulness.
