  • Interesting but too many ads. That makes it too annoying to listen.

Moreover, what's the point of telling me about being a better human being and at the same time selling me useless crypto products?

  • Wonderful Show

I deeply appreciate the insights shared by Adam Grant and other brilliant minds who have rare openness and kindness that accompany their intellect. Also, I actually like the production added to the show to keep the content concise and well-structured. While I also love free-flowing interviews, not all podcasts need to be that way, and I think the theme of organizational psychology of this podcast goes well with a well-organized format. Thank you for what you are doing!!

  • Production

I love the discussions during this podcast. Lately I noticed more production: the addition of music, stitched together clips. It doesn’t feel like a human, intimate discussion but more an overly produced show. It’s lost something special and I find myself distracted and not invested. Please keep it simple.

  • Yes to Allison Sweet Grant joining regularly! … but

…but don’t be tempted to include further private relationship chat if she does join (ie no repeat of wanting to drive/walk faster/slower debate). Why? Because you are one of the best interviewers out there, because of your great focus on the interviewee. It is fascinating to hear of the private life of a hero like you Adam, but to do so will likely swing your show focus away from your brilliant current formula and expert interviewee focus. Aside from that small future hope, yours is an incredibl... more

Brené Brown on courageous leadership
Q: Why is courage important to you?
Because the word courage in its original definition, cur, meaning heart, and the original definition of courage was to tell the story of who you are with your whole heart.
Brené Brown on courageous leadership
Q: Why is vulnerability important to you?
Because my value is courage. If there's no uncertainty, no risk and no exposure, you're not being that brave.
Igniting curiosity with Sean The Science Kid
Q: How do you balance deep curiosity and broad curiosity?
My broad curiosity starts when I feel like I don't have anything to learn. Then, I focus on one thing I decide to dig more into it.
Igniting curiosity with Sean The Science Kid
Q: How do you stay humble?
I usually go and learn something that I know that I won't get on the first try, so then I end up not feeling like I'm the top of the world and the most prestigious genius ever.
Igniting curiosity with Sean The Science Kid
Q: Sean, do you remember the first science fact that you discovered that made your brain explode with curiosity?
It was all of them, but one was about how this fist-sized organ of your body made of pure muscle can pump blood throughout your body.
