I started listening to this podcast last year and was really helpful despite some of the podcasts are repetitive and some are just taking from clips from movies and TV shows it still helps getting you motivated! There are good speeches here but they are castrated by overproduced canned music, in an attempt to intensify the experience. The background music is mixed too high, and it is sometimes hard to hear the speakers. Good motivational speeches do not need music, and music makes them quite forgettable. One thing to remember is that when you play music against a speech, brain does not retain the meaning of the words. Something to think about.
