Heather‘s interview with Sam reminds me of when postpartum depression was seldomly discussed. Perimenopause and menopause needs to be discussed on a regular basis by medical providers. Sam’s story is one of probably so many, and I am truly glad she and Heather are bringing it to the forefront so other women don’t suffer in silence. Thanks Heather for an honest and supportive podcast.
I listened to Heather’s interview with Sam. I could resonate with so much of it. We need to be having these real conversations so we know we are not alone during this season of life. It is hard and can be lonely. It was a great
conversation and so glad Sam is feeling better!!!

Grateful for a space to learn more about other’s struggles w alcohol and the modalities that have benefited them along the way. Exposure to lots of guests from various walks of life is informative for myself, as I’m newly on this alcohol free journey. I find Heather to be witty, fun, energetic, honest and just so dang relatable! Her vulnerability is a gift to me. Love her and this podcast in my weekly rotation…keep up the great work sister! 💜💫
