  • Just ok

Definitely more actionable information out there for mind body healing and chronic dizziness. Also, the most expensive coaching program in this community of healing.

  • Not worth your time

This is a terrible podcast. There is absolutely nothing informative about it. It is very clearly a way to promote a PAID program to cure your vestibular issues. Just another person trying to profit off health issues we can’t control! Very sad.

  • Life changing wisdom

I can’t thank Joey enough for the amazing work she does. Leaning in and listening to my tinnitus with loving interest, awe and compassion instead of judging it is making such a difference, not just on the noise but on my life. You actually have to do the exercises and act on the advise with integrity, you can’t just listen to the podcast and expect miracles! As Joey says, you need to become an expert on you

I listen to this podcast everyday for a dose of comfort, inspiration and knowledge about the world of vestibular disorders. I relate so much to the episodes & it’s really changed my entire mi... more

  • Life Saver!

Joey's work has changed my life. When the slight ringing in my ears (that I've had forever) went from subtle background noise to super loud front and centre about 18 months ago, it turned my world upside down. I was lucky enough to found Joey early on which I'm super grateful for. Her program and podcast are the best! I will use this stuff forever.
