    This podcast really helped me to make the changes I needed in my life. At age 48 I found out my deceased Father was not my biological Father. I’m the youngest of my Mom six children! I have no meaningful relationships with my Siblings. My Mom died when I was 25. Today, at age 52 I finally took the steps to reclaim my life and find peace after all the traumatic experiences in my life. I was able to go on my weight loss journey and also work on my mental health. This podcast helped me tremendously... more
