At The Bread Beckers, Inc, we believe that what passes for food today bears little resemblance to the living organisms God created. Fatigue, sinus problems, constipation, high cholesterol and even warts are just some of the conditions that many suffer with, from eating foods that our bodies were never meant to process. • Gluten is not the enemy!

As a mom of (almost) 10 I can say this information is life changing! I had to go gluten free due to autoimmune flare ups. I have now been eating FMF since November of 2025 and have not had any flare ups since. It’s also helped my kids in being regular with #2 and also many other small (but big for me) changes in our family! It makes me wonder “how come everybody doesn’t know about this?!”

  • Incredible

I have been on the health train most of my life, and yet no where ever did I hear about milling your own grains. I am wondering WHY. I have been making 90% of our bread items for a few years now and over the last few months I have been slowly transitioning my family over to fmf. Started with my vitamix to mill my grains and am so looking forward to a mill! Fresh cream of wheat, bread, pasta… yum! Already trying... more
