As a mom of (almost) 10 I can say this information is life changing! I had to go gluten free due to autoimmune flare ups. I have now been eating FMF since November of 2025 and have not had any flare ups since. It’s also helped my kids in being regular with #2 and also many other small (but big for me) changes in our family! It makes me wonder “how come everybody doesn’t know about this?!”
Incredibly informative and interesting! Love hearing all the healing bread stories!!! Love Sue Becker and BreadBeckers!!!
I've been trying to keep my family healthy and also improve my health. Now I am milling my own bread and giving it out to my gluten free friends! I love to hear about all the health stories. Sue Becker is part of a movement to make America healthy.

Started with my vitamix to mill my grains and am so looking forward to a mill! Fresh cream of wheat, bread, pasta… yum! Already trying... more

A nutrition- and real-food focused show that centers on personal health journeys, bread milling, and faith-driven wellness. Episodes frequently feature guests who share how freshly milled grains, traditional breads, and whole-food practices improved health conditions, energy, and quality of life, often framed within a Christian worldview. The host blends practical how-tos (milling grains, bread making, ingredient selection) with motivational storytelling, community building, and faith-based reflections. Noteworthy is the strong emphasis on real bread as a path to healing, plus discussions that challenge conventional dietary wisdom while promoting practical, home-based food preparation.
