Most recent episode, “Stand up for what is right,” needs to be listed to to everyone right now. Extremely powerful and a necessary listen for everyone who doesn’t understand what is happening in our country.
Easy to listen to and soothing. Highly recommend!
I am a person with anxiety on a normal base but with the pandemic and losing my Grandmother this past week, I have been having much more anxiety than usual. I was not sleeping most nights, so I decided to click on Say Goodnight. There is are not enough kind words I can say about Justin and this podcast. It helped me tremendously and like the title says it’s simply amazing. I can’t wait for more episodes. You are changing lives!
