  • Terrible

Dr. G doesn’t practice what he preaches! He deceitfully enjoys blasting companies and ppl who don’t agree with him in the health and political arenas! He calls it “authenticity” but doesn’t allow the space for others to be authentic by expressing themselves making it a nervous system disaster. His podcast is full of mundane topics that aren’t interesting or inspirational. UNFOLLOW before you get BRAINWASHED by this “so-called” doctor!

  • So much value

Thank you for sharing real science and for your skill at seeing and understanding the value of the whole person- both the physiological and emotional parts. I appreciate your ability to share how the whole person works in language that both medically trained and laypeople can understand. I get so much value from your show. Keep up the amazing work!

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Frozen Fruit Isn't Harmless, Chinese Medicine Actually Hates It | Heal Thy Self
Q: What is your medical take?
The guest explains that while some fasting research exists, much of it is done in men; for women, intermittent fasting over long periods can exacerbate fatigue and hormonal imbalance, and breakfast supports digestive organ function and energy, with emphasis on a patient-specific, integrative approach.
Emotional Eating Expert: Why Diets Keep Failing You | ft. Amber Romaniuk HTS #505
Q: What is the most important insight you want listeners to take away about emotional eating?
Emotional eating is largely a nervous system and trauma‑based issue, not just a food problem; healing requires listening to the body, addressing underlying emotions, and rebuilding self-worth rather than simply changing what you eat.
You Have the Power to Rewrite Your Love, Money & Health | ft. Danny Morel HTS #501
Q: How does someone actually know that they're living out of old conditioning from their parents versus making new, uncertain choices?
They experience restlessness and inner unease when seeking the next relationship or financial fix, which signals old conditioning; by quieting the external inputs and listening inward, they can discern the underlying pattern and begin choosing anew.
100,000 Studies Prove This Works — So Why Has Nobody Told You | ft. Dr. Catharine Arnston HTS #497
Q: How should a newcomer start taking Energy Bits to notice benefits quickly?
Begin with 15-20 tablets for initial effects like reduced hunger and improved alertness; for therapeutic goals, 30 tablets daily is suggested, with gradual increases while observing how you feel.
Sleep Less and Feel Better — The Sleep Fix Nobody Told You | ft. Dr. Michael Breus HTS #491
Q: What is a chronotype and why does it matter for sleep timing?
Chronotypes describe your genetic sleep propensity (early birds vs night owls, lions, bears, wolves, dolphins). Understanding yours helps schedule sleep, meals, workouts, and even intimacy to match biology, reducing sleep debt and improving energy.
