  • Terrible

Dr. G doesn’t practice what he preaches! He deceitfully enjoys blasting companies and ppl who don’t agree with him in the health and political arenas! He calls it “authenticity” but doesn’t allow the space for others to be authentic by expressing themselves making it a nervous system disaster. His podcast is full of mundane topics that aren’t interesting or inspirational. UNFOLLOW before you get BRAINWASHED by this “so-called” doctor!

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Sleep Less and Feel Better — The Sleep Fix Nobody Told You | ft. Dr. Michael Breus HTS #491
Q: What is a chronotype and why does it matter for sleep timing?
Chronotypes describe your genetic sleep propensity (early birds vs night owls, lions, bears, wolves, dolphins). Understanding yours helps schedule sleep, meals, workouts, and even intimacy to match biology, reducing sleep debt and improving energy.
50% of the World Will Be Nearsighted by 2050 | ft. Dr. Bryce Appelbaum HTS #493
Q: What about the role of environment and lighting?
Environment and lighting are central drivers of visual stress. Junk lighting, excessive blue light in the evening, and lack of outdoor time contribute to brain overdrive and poorer visual processing. Improving lighting quality and increasing outdoor time can substantially reduce symptoms and support better vision.
50% of the World Will Be Nearsighted by 2050 | ft. Dr. Bryce Appelbaum HTS #493
Q: Can you reverse poor vision?
Yes, there is a distinction between eyesight and vision; both can be improved, but true reversal depends on addressing the brain's processing and the eye's coordination, not just sharpening the image with lenses. In many cases, with a customized protocol that combines vision training and environmental changes, patients can reduce dependence and improve function.
I Ditched Neosporin for This — Here Is What Happened | ft. Justin Gardner HTS w/ Dr. G #489
Q: What is the magic inside of this and how does it actually work on the skin?
The magic lies in hyperchlorous acid, which is produced in white blood cells during inflammation; applied topically, it replicates the body's natural immune response to disinfect, reduce inflammation, and support healing without toxicity from synthetic antibiotics.
I Ditched Neosporin for This — Here Is What Happened | ft. Justin Gardner HTS w/ Dr. G #489
Q: What's the reason why people when they have cuts in their skin automatically go to alcohol or hydrogen peroxide?
It's a dogmatic habit rooted in old practices; people default to what their parents used and what's familiar, even though hyperchlorous acid can provide stronger antimicrobial effects with less tissue irritation.
