One funny man. More please
As an erstwhile chubby running newbie to slightly lighter marathoner, I really enjoy this podcast. Ive always said that if I couldn’t laugh, I’d be dead - and now I feel the same way about running. Sending kudos and encouragement from the USA!
Very witty, a podcast that is realistic and good for people with a weight issue who are juggling normal busy lives who are often tempted by easy food options.
Light-hearted, funny and down-to-earth podcast. Would highly recommend.
Alex’s audio diaries about tackling the couch to 5K are genuinely candid, informative and frequently hilarious. At the same time, the high production values mean this is a podcast that really sparkles. It’s like having a laugh with your mate at the pub (when we still had those). Would recommend to anyone who’s curious about what these challenges involve or someone who, like me, admires the people who take them on.
