Great insight into what’s needed to help during pre, during and post treatment.
As a cancer exercise trainer, this is a podcast the world needs. Such a great contribution to the field of exercise oncology. Informative, entertaining, and incredibly important discussions about exercise oncology.
Ciaran and his incredibly knowledgeable guests talk all things cancer health, but it’s so much more than that! You’ll get tons of actionable advice and tangible tips, but you’ll also get heaps of inspiration from truly engaging individuals that genuinely want to help others. Thanks so much for putting out such a spectacular show Ciaran - keep up the great work!
I’m relatively new to the exercise and cancer field and during my first search for reliable resources to broaden my knowledge I happened to stumble upon REACH. I find the topics and speakers excellent and Ciaran really makes sure to speak in a way that the layman can comprehend when asking questions and dissecting information. Top of my list for informal podcasts. Well done 👏👏👏
Favorite podcast by far! Not just great guests & great research, but through Ciaran & guests you can hear how to create a framework for Exercise Oncology in your own home town. Doesn’t matter if you‘re patient, gym owner, oncologist, nurse, health system administrator or exercise physiologist / physical therapist, if you have a passion for helping people, you can shift momentum and get more survivors active!!
