These guys are really wonderful. Everything resonates deeply! I have just listened to the whole back catalogue and it’s helped me through my first 30 days AF! The best free AF resource there could be - thank you!!

Ps great 3-some for sure but it has struck me that Scott needs a bird surname to really fit in?! Crow, goldfinch…🦆

  • Pure gold

This podcast is just that - brimming with nuggets of wisdom with a good sprinkling of relatable humour thrown in. I had the good fortune to meet Sam at a conference recently so listened to the first episode out of curiosity and quickly became hooked. I have yet to embark on an AF life although am now seriously considering it. • Life changing podcast

This podcast has been one of the most valuable tools in my recovery. I was in a bad place with alcohol, and have dived head first into ‘The Work’ 😊 Finding this podcast has been a breath of fresh air, and listening to an episode is a daily moment of joy & insight. The title of each episode doesn’t determine whether I listen to it, because every episode has nuggets of wisdom gold in it, regardless of the topic. I TRULY appreciate you two and all that you do. Thank you both!!!
